Live track problem

For me OruxMaps is the best outdoor navigation programm ever.
Yesterday I cycled to the Netherlands from the German side of
the boarder. That means that data roaming has to be on to send
live track data to mapmytracks.
But first data roaming didn't work. Not a problem of oruxmaps.
After an hour or so I got data roaming to work and then I saw that
a lot of data got transmitted.
Back home I saw on mapmytracks that there were at least 10 tracks
from my tour listed. Obviously oruxmaps buffers the not transfered data
and sends them later?
But why were there about 10 tracks (of 40 - 60km) plus the track with
the endresult (73km) listed?
