OnlineMap display off and on

Hi,

if I use online maps, and switch off the screen even for a second, Orux reloads the tile from the net, even if the screen was off for a second only.
It should check whether the new position is still on the tile already downloaded, and use the existing tile.

Otherwise, one has always a delay of 1-2s until the tile is loaded from the net again.
To make it perfect: You already know the direction the user moves, preload the next tile from this direction.
