flexible live tracking

in addition to supplying existing tracking web sites, an easy but very useful thing for selfmade solutions would be for oruxmaps to support a configurable format for position logging. the prefs page would look like this:

send a point...

interval: [_X_] seconds

url: [ ]

successfull beep sound: []

failure beep sound: []

oops... someone ate the most important string, the configurable url. it looks somewhat like that:

oruxmaps replaces the % values with current position obviously before firing off the http request.
