Newbie : Oruxmaps show map "world"

Hello everybody,

I woud like tested Oruxmaps application on my Archos 5it tablet. I've followed tutorial to create maps. When, I run application, I can charge my personnalized map card. But, when I d'like open gpx file, Oruxmaps run often map "world".

In details, operations what I do to generate map card...

- Capture coordonnates to X,Y points since :
---Mysoft,
---Paint, for pixel
-Convers3 to convert point into WS84 format.
-OruxMapsDesktop (use screenshot)
---Use coordonnates and pixels
---Generate db file/

what's wrong ?

Hi;

You can check if the map calibration is correct swapping form your map to an online source:
1.-open your offline map
2.-center the cursor over a well know position (a road, river, peak,...)
3.-menu--maps--to online maps.

Also you can disable 'autoload map' feature (menu--tweaks, 'autoload map' to never).
1.-open your map
2.-load your gpx file. The world map should not be loaded.

Thanks for you response. Unfortunately, all yours tips doesn't solve my problem.

I've disabeld autoload map. I load my gpx file, and i see my trace but my card doesn't appear...

There is a problem with my card...

When I use online maps, my card also disappear...

Copy paste here the content of the .otrk2.xml file (inside your map folder).

the original map is a .map (ozi map) or other source?
