Need an option to hide the waypoints completely on GPX tracks

There should be an option to not display any waypoints at all on GPX tracks, because they are too big and occupy too much space on the map.

Firstly, in order to see/understand the context of what I am talking about, switch to the "Ordnance SM (UK)" online map. Then import the GPX from http://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/arran/profiles/pirnmill-hills.gpx. I am using a Google Nexus 4 android phone. Try to go through various zooming levels (imagine you are a hill walker as me).

I ticked "No icons" inside "Waypoints" settings (because otherwise the icons are ridiculously huge and cover a lot of the map!). I managed to hide the labels of the waypoints by setting the colour of these labels to be transparent (although this is not an obvious thing to do in order to get rid of the labels and it took me a bit to figure it out - so you should have an option to not display the labels for waypoints), but still the blue dots displayed for waypoints are too big (even if not as ridiculously huge as the waypoint icons, but still too big)! Can we have an option to hide the waypoints completely?
