Adding more Online Map Choices

Can you add an online “add-on” to the Google map options? It is a NOAA Nautical chart overlay, that chart inland and coastal waterways. I understand a person would need cell coverage to access an online chart, but it would make the application fantastic for lake, river, and bay boaters and fishermen.

and it would be nice to setup offline maps with online "backup".
for example more options in the offline *.otrk2.xml

<maxzoom>17</maxzoom>
<cache>0</cache>
</Tileserver>

and it use it only if it doesnt have the tiles in the offline map.
<cache>1</cache> should save the downloaded tiles in the offline map.

and you can enable/disable the online usage in the options menu (default mode in settings).

Another GPS program called Rmaps implemented the runwayfinder charts for:

VFR sectional
IFR low
IFR high

Charts and I'm hoping for the same here also.
