Bad colors on the Navigation-Screen

Hi,

first - oruxmaps is one of the best apps on my smartphone. except one point: the screen where i can choose the navigation-options has a light green background color with white text. I'm unable to read the options without eyeglasses. Is it possible to change the colors somewhere? Or choose a more readable combination of color/background to color/types?
